I am getting Cancer lagna and rashi with Mo in lagna. This is for verification purposes only.
1) Love marriage seems more like it. If not love marriage , it would be definitely someone who you would know well and perhaps fall in love with before marriage.
2)The present time till July 2014 seems quite promising. I have not looked up further periods.
3) You can begin now.
4) Well , marriage life would be good , but I see some possible troubles from your future FIL, in laws and some chances of quarrels with husband. But overall it is nothing that you cannot handle. Your lagna is very strong with moon in it. With sufficient attention , effort and sensivity you can overcome any trouble , so don't worry.

I get Virgo lagna with Sa in it. Ju and Ma in 2nd , Me in 12th , Su and Ve in 11th , Ke in 4th , Mo in 8th.
Aspect of Sa on 7th is the one primarily causing delayed marriage in natal chart. In transit , Ra and Sa are transiting your 7th lord. The time now is a bit challenging for sure.
Once Ra moves out of Libra in Jul 2014 , things will start improving.
You are running MD of Moon , the 11th lord , placed in 8th house. 8th house is not a good house for Moon to be.
I see a very strong chance of getting married in Mo/Ju , starting from Mar 2014 to July 2015. Once Ju moves to cancer in June 2014 and Rahu moves out of libra in July 2014 , things will start improving drastically.
I don't feel any remedies are required , but if you are so keen on marriage then please fast on Wednesdays , lord of your UL.

You will definitely come out of this mess , but it will take time , patience and faith in God. Please make it a habit to pray to your favourite God each day. You are undergoing Sa MD from May 2002 . I am sure the trouble must have started from somewhere around that time. It is a yogakarak for taurus lagna , but is badly placed in rashi , is retrograde and id debilitated in navamsa. Worst of all is it is in gandanta degrees , i.e. junction of fire and water signs. Together it is not a very happy state for Lord Shani. Additionally Sa is with Su in navamsa.. 6th lord is Ve , stands for debts...is in 12th house of losses with enemy Sun. Thankfully Ve is not combust. Also good thing is that it is in own house in navamsa,. Natural karak of debts is Ma , it is debilitated in rashi . Mars also happens to be the rashi dispositor of Ve , your 6th lord , thereby weakening it further.
Delete2nd lord of wealth is in 11th house but debilitated and retrograde. Money is going to trouble you in some form or shape always. Additionally it is your AK. Please say some stotras to remove afflictions to Sa , Ve , Me and Ma ... in that order.

1) You can try a profession where you do something related to medicines , nursing , clerical administration ...or a combination of all or some of them.
You can also try something related to music,fashion designing ...more inclined towards the administration part rather than the music or designing part. Try working for a job where you have to work for a company/entity based at a far off location. For example if you are based in Vilnius , try working for a company based out of say London , USA , Moscow , etc ....it will help you prosper.
2) You will have an love marriage , but i see that the first love affair would result in disappointment. I don't know if this 5 year affair was your first one , then i can say it was expected. However don't lose hope. Things will look up for you :) ...you will definitely have children ...
